CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – One of the two boat docks and ramps at Clarksville Marina have been closed due to damage from a boat fire Monday afternoon.
A witness who reported the incident to ClarksvilleNow.com said the boat was in flames on the boat ramp around 4:15 p.m.
Jerry Buchanan, EMA Director for Montgomery County, said an explosion inside the 23-ft. cruiser caused the fire, but it is unclear what caused the explosion at this time.
No one was injured.
