A lighting rig FELL on Tracy Byrd’s keyboardist during their show in Texas on Saturday. His name is Vernon Emshoff, and he walked off stage on his own, but did go to the hospital where he was treated for a cut on his head. He’s been released.
A fellow band member hit up Facebook on Sunday to say that Vernon is “feeling better.” The post includes a link to a news report that has cell phone video of the accident. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause.
