B&D have revealed the track listing for their duets album, “Reboot”. As you may recall, it features 12 “younger stars” joining them for remakes of some of their biggest hits.
And it sounds like each one came in with a great attitude. KIX BROOKS said, quote, “What’s intriguing to me is that we didn’t do any production meetings about how we might cut these things. We just went in, and it morphed in the process.”
RONNIE DUNN added, quote, “Each artist came at it from a different angle. When JON PARDI walked in, he said ‘I’m in, but we’re not changing anything,’ and we didn’t musically, but his vocal speaks for itself.”
Jon and Ronnie trade vocals on a new version of, “My Next Broken Heart”. (You can listen to that, here.)
Other tracks to look forward to include Kacey Musgraves on “Neon Moon” . . . a new take on “My Maria” with Thomas Rhett . . . and Midland joining them for the all-time dance classic “Boot Scootin’ Boogie”. “Reboot” drops April 5th.
