Loretta Lynn gets the surprise of a lifetime!

Keith Urban made good on his birthday promise to Loretta Lynn on last night at Loretta Lynn’s birthday celebration show at the Bridgestone…Keith JUMPED out of a giant birthday cake.
As the audience sang Lynn “Happy Birthday,” a large, purple birthday cake was brought out to the stage.  Then, Keith Urban popped out of the top of the giant cake.
Keith Urban’s cake jumping birthday gift to Lynn began with a comment by Loretta: “I am so excited to celebrate my 87th birthday with all my friends. This is the first time I’ve ever had a birthday party! My birthday wish has come true,” Lynn shared via a press release. “The only other wish I have is that Keith Urban jumps out of my birthday cake!”
On Twitter, Urban accepted the challenge: “Your wish is always my command Miss Loretta!!!!”
