At about 6 p.m. on Feb. 9, four women entered Hilldale Baptist Church and approached the older woman.

After a short conversation, one of the women asked the victim to pray with her. “While they were praying, the second female rummaged through the victim’s purse and stole her wallet,” Beaubien said.

Crockett Jr., a transgender woman, is the suspect in the video with the long braids and plaid jacket, the news release said. Doss is the suspect seen on video taking the wallet out of the victim’s purse, Beaubien continued.

Both Crockett and Doss have outstanding warrants in other jurisdictions in Tennessee for similar crimes of theft and identity theft, the news release said.

Crockett has an address in Nashville, and Doss has an address in San Marcos, Texas, the news release continued.

The warrants taken out by the Clarksville Police Department are active, and anyone who knows of their whereabouts has been asked to call 911.
